THE PROCESS

After initial contact has been made, a brainstorming session is carried out between the client and one of 3PC's experienced professionals to establish the needs & deliverables based on the established requirements.

Upon the establishment of the clients requirements, 3PC shall formulate & propose a strategic solution & strategy to reach the desired end goals established between the parties.

Once approved by the client, 3PC shall assist with the implementation of the agreed upon strategy.

Progress reports & monitoring shall be provided by 3PC to the client at intervals as agreed upon between the parties.

Upon completion of the implemented strategy, and leading up to the clients annual B-BBEE Verification, 3PC can facilitate the accredited assessment process in accordance with the SANAS R47-03, assisting with the preparation & compilation of the clients verification records in the required regulatory format.
